McHenry, IL The 36th edition of the Interstate Racing Association will be the
most diverse in its' long history. With title sponsor Bumper to Bumper Auto
Parts leading the way the upper midwest traveling series will known as the
Bumper to Bumper IRA Outlaw Sprints. The winged/410 series which traditionally
leads the sprint car industry in car count per event proudly announces that
J&L Oil Inc, United Expressline, and Midwest Underground will all be back as
associate series sponsors.
The 2002 Bumper to Bumper IRA Outlaw Sprints schedule takes the regional touring
series to six states, however make no doubt, Wisconsin is this groups home.
An expanded IRA vs Knoxville 410 Challange Series highlights this years schedule
with the April 13th event at Wisconsin's Powercom Park doubling as the IRA
season opener. The mini-series moves to the legend
